This policy explains how Reava Vaughters, operating through RV Creative LLC ("I," "me," or "we"), handles information collected through this website and its contact form.
Information collected
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and the situation that brings you here. Your business or organization and any additional message are optional. I receive the information you choose to submit, along with relevant correspondence if we continue the conversation.
Hosting, security, form-delivery, and any required sign-in providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request times, and security logs. Any account sign-in required by the hosting platform is handled by that platform, not by a separate account system operated by me.
How information is used
I use inquiry information to respond to you, understand what you are working on, discuss possible services, and manage related business communications. It may also be used where reasonably needed to protect the site, prevent misuse, or meet legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Service providers and sharing
- FormSubmit: The contact form sends your information to FormSubmit, which processes the submission and forwards it to my email inbox. Its documentation currently describes a 30-day submission archive. See the FormSubmit privacy policy (PDF) and FormSubmit documentation.
- Google / Gmail: Inquiry emails and subsequent correspondence are received and stored in Gmail. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Hosting and security: This website is hosted with ChatGPT Sites. The hosting platform and its infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver, secure, and, when required, control access to the site. Their handling of platform information is governed by their own privacy terms.
I do not sell or rent the information you submit through the contact form or use it for targeted advertising. Information may be shared when required by law, to protect legitimate rights or safety, or with service providers supporting the purposes described above.
Cookies, tracking, and external links
I have not added advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this website. Hosting, sign-in, and form-security providers may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. For example, FormSubmit's standard submission flow may use Google's reCAPTCHA.
The website's inquiry processing does not change in response to browser Do Not Track signals. I do not use this website to track your activity across other websites. Third-party platforms may have separate tracking practices and controls. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
Links to LinkedIn, BibleGateway, or other external websites take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. Those services do not receive a contact-form submission simply because their links appear here.
Retention and security
I retain inquiry information and correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the relevant business relationship, and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations. Retention can vary with the nature of the conversation. FormSubmit and other service providers have their own retention practices, including FormSubmit's archive described above.
No online form or email system can provide an absolute security guarantee. Please avoid submitting passwords, payment information, or highly sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can choose not to submit an inquiry, and you can leave optional fields blank. To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or deletion, or ask me to stop contacting you, use the contact page or email me about a privacy request. Please identify the email address used for the inquiry; I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Requests will be considered under applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations, legitimate business records, or resolving disputes. If a provider handles your information independently, you may also need to contact that provider.
Children's information
This site is intended for business and professional inquiries and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact me so I can review it and arrange appropriate deletion.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
